Mamaste : Prenatal Yoga at Brushy Creek
The Practice of Yoga during pregnancy strengthens the mind - body - spirit connection necessary for labor, delivery and motherhood. In addition, Prenatal Yoga aids the body in good digestion, healthy blood circulation, toning of the body for it's changing needs and easy breathing, therefore relieving common ailments of pregnancy. This 4 week series will be led by Jill Birt, Registered Nurse and Registered Prenatal Yoga Instructor.

Thriving Through the Holidays : A Mindfulness Workshop
In this 4 week workshop with BC Yoga Instructors Jill Birt and Marie Young you will learn meditation and mindfulness techniques to keep your holiday season easeful and joyous. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing. The workshop will begin with 30 minutes of gentle movement followed by meditation and mindfulness instruction intentionally focused on common holiday experiences. Topics include managing the abundance of choices and decision making during this time, gratitude through mindfulness, serenity and loving non-attachment.
